The mission of the Chief of Business Development is to develop and execute a sales strategy for securing long-term growth throughout North America. Coupled with this, the CBD will develop the sales & marketing organization of the company from the ground up. The CBD will be responsible for Key Account Managers, Program Managers and the Sales Managers back-office operations. To grow revenues and increase the company’s gross margin, the CBD must effectively present and sell company products and solutions to potential clients.

Job Requirements:
• Must have over 10 years experience in sales & marketing with a minimum of 5 years in a management capacity.
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of current business issues and climate within the consumer products innovation industry, and associated contacts.
• Proven experiences in leadership and communication skills in a multinational environment (ideal: within an Asian company)

Key skills and competencies include:
• Customer focused (great variety)
• Sales Experience in project environment
• Excellent knowledge of the market or ability to learn on the fly (innovation industry experience)
• Leadership skills & capability to build successful teams

The mission of the Director of Training (DT) is to develop and implement training programs and workshops for corporate clients throughout North America. The DT will also be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with arranging a day-long or multi-day training workshop including scouting/booking of locations, preparation of training materials, co-ordination of dates with client companies, and preparation and distribution of deliverables after the workshops. The DT will work with the C.E.O. to expand and improve the company’s training programs, both online and offline.

Job Requirements:
• Must have over 10 years experience in corporate training or education with a minimum of 5 years in a management capacity.
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of current business issues and climate within the corporate training and human resources industries, and associated contacts.
