About Idea Generators:

BrainReactions uses only top students from universities around the nation. These students must be nominated through an Instructor, Professor or peer.

After nomination, a prospective Idea generator must participate in a trial brainstorm where he or she is evaluated. Each prospective Idea Generator is given a score that represents his or her “Innovation Personality”.

Using these scores we are able to ensure that every Idea Generation team has a variety of Innovation Personalities to maximize the value from each BrainReaction Session.

BrainReactions has hundreds of scored and evaluated students from departments all over campus including Business, Art, English, Film, Engineering and Life Sciences.

This incredible diversity allows us to tackle all types of problem statements ranging from increasing business process creativity, to product design and diversification.
